Beyond mentoring about an observed coaching session, Coaching Supervision:

*Provides a supportive space for the coach to process client experiences
*Encourages professional practice related to quality, standards and ethics
*Is compulsory for coaches certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
This five-session plus one self-study session [therefore making six sessions,] case-based program involves one-to-one supervision on a case from each participant using Seven-Eyed™ and C.L.E.A.R. models, linkage to Gestalt theories/ICF competencies and collaboration with cohort members. Space is limited to ensure individualized attention.

Participants completing this workshop will be able to:
Understand and focus on the multiple contexts and interrelated “systems” surrounding the client, their environment, the coach and how the coach brings themself to the client and client system
Learn and use Hawkins & Shohet Seven-Eyed™ model and C.L.E.A.R. model in observing and providing data-based observations to cohort member cases
Use a template format to write and present a client case to be used in class
Build a relationship with Gestalt coaching supervisors to grow their reflective practice and strengthen ICF core competencies and core Gestalt skills

Super-vision: Over-sight
Coach Supervision is for the coach and their supervisor to reflect together and have over-sight of the coach’s practice in service of them being the very best coach they can be. Coaching Supervision offers coaches an opportunity to access professional development through reflection and dialogue in a safe, supportive and confidential space. [adapted, ICF website] -

To receive a refund for your cancellation:
30 or more days prior to your start date, you will be eligible to receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
This processing fee is 4% of total amount.14 or more days prior to your start date, you will be eligible to be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop or program, credits may be offered at the discretion of the Institute. If the reason for your cancellation is considered an emergency, this will be taken into consideration upon submission of required documentation.
Credits issued in lieu of a refund must be used within 12 months of the original program or workshop start date. After this period, any unused credit will expire and will no longer be valid. Extensions will not be granted.

10.5 Supervision hoursGestalt Institute of Cleveland (GIC) is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), and accepted by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board to offer continuing education. Participants in the Coach Certification Program become eligible for ICF, GPCC™ and BCC certifications through one program.
