Life transitions - whether chosen or unexpected - can leave us suspended between what has ended and what has not yet begun. This threshold, known as liminal space, can feel unsettling, yet it also carries profound potential for renewal and transformation.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore liminality as both a necessary and sacred part of growth. Drawing on mindfulness, Gestalt awareness, reflective practice, and the wisdom of the natural world, we will engage practices that help soften resistance to uncertainty and invite meaning-making through imagination and symbol. Nature itself will serve as our co-facilitator, offering grounding through its edges, rhythms, and elements - teaching us to rest in the “in-between” and discover how the extraordinary lives quietly within the ordinary.
Participants will be invited to:
Slow down and reconnect with their inner landscape
Engage with nature as a mirror for personal and collective transitions
Explore the imaginal and mythopoetic dimensions of self-discovery
Develop grounding practices to support themselves and clients through times of change
This workshop offers a spacious, supportive environment for therapists, coaches, and seekers navigating transformation - equipping you to meet the unknown with resilience, reverence, and creative possibility.
