Imposter Syndrome: Doubting one’s own skills, successes and accomplishments resulting in wondering – and operating - as if they are not deserved.

Does this sound familiar to you about yourself - or to the people you coach about themselves?

In his latest book, The Power Within, Gestalt coach Matt Kerzner, PhD, provides a look at understanding Imposter Syndrome, and accessible ways to unlock the power within by creating and embodying Alter Egos.

This highly interactive, hands-on workshop, uses a Gestalt-informed process to consider the imposter and discover what might be possible to unlock your coaching ~ unlock your leading ~ and tap into the power of designing and embodying the alter ego’s strengths! Learnings will be applied in real time in group coaching, paired coaching conversations and plenary discussions.

Join Matt and Melissa Kelly-McCabe, MCC, to step into a new possibility – for yourself and for your coachees.

Come curious. Leave with an integrated understanding of the alter ego, greater self-awareness, and an actionable plan for personal and professional growth.

Sent to each registrant will be a complimentary copy of The Power Within | Maximizing your potential through the exploration of an alter ego, by Matthew R. Kerzner, PhD, GPCC.

Participants completing this workshop will be able to:

*To understand the inner potential to overcome Imposter Syndrome, and strengthen coaching and leadership capabilities;

*To utilize an integration of Gestalt principles, self-awareness, and alter ego development in service of coachee’s self-awareness and growth;

*To create actionable plans for personal and professional growth; and

*To hone the ICF core competencies of CC2 Embodies a Coaching Mindset, CC7 Evokes Awareness, CC8 Facilitates Client Growth.
