Are you curious about Gestalt theory and its practical applications in personal and professional life? This engaging half-day workshop offers a dynamic introduction to the core principles and practices of Gestalt, a holistic approach to understanding human experience and fostering growth.

Who Should Attend:

This introductory workshop is designed for a wide range of participants, including;
Individuals seeking personal growth and self-awareness;
Professionals in fields such as coaching, psychotherapy, social work, education, and leadership development; and
Anyone interested in exploring a fresh perspective on human behavior and interactions.

No prior knowledge of Gestalt is required. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and those with some familiarity who wish to deepen their understanding of this approach.

Through a mix of experiential exercises, reflective discussions, and concise theoretical input, you will discover the key principles of Gestalt theory and methods.

What you will be able to do:

1. Recognize the benefits of being curious and relational;

2. Observes practical Gestalt-based tools for enhancing relationships, and increasing effectiveness in personal and professional settings; and

3. Describe the impact of using a Gestalt-based tool or concept.

About the Facilitators: The workshop will be led by Rafael Cortina, LMFT, MBA, MAC, CCTP and Jessie Moncrief, MSSA, LISW-S, seasoned Gestalt practitioners with 20 years of combined experience in Gestalt training. Rafael and Jessie are known for creating safe, engaging learning environments that invite participants to explore, experiment, and grow.
