6.0 is for OD practitioners, rookie, pro or expert in Gestalt methodology. Participants move through core concepts and models of Gestalt methodology put into a “tools” application from 35+ yrs of field research; This workshop is a practicum: real time use, proven results in over 3,200 client companies, 11 different industries and 7 countries.

The ultimate result for participants is to learn and apply Gestalt methodology in a systemic approach that simply put, works. Participants get:

1. Behavior-based, measurable “soft skills” approach to performance management, for leaders, teams/groups and companies in a whole systems approach.

2. How gestalt principles can measure human performance as efficiently as global best practice measures fiscal performance.

3. Build inclusion, engagement, and reduce conflict, “othering” and drama at work, in real time.

4. How top and bottom-line work and life performance exceeds expectations, literally, every time, regardless of industry or nation.

5. Applicable for: “For profit” or “not.”

Begin with a summary offer of why our title is the title. Why and how Gestalt principles can be and are, “translated” to tangible action steps. How in the world of work, we can provide behavior-based metrics that are as measurable in human performance as fiscal tracking is by pennies and dollars, that is, by %’s to a .01%.

We provide a road map that is structured AND radically flexible for (and with) each client relevant to that client’s wants and needs.

Step 1. A Gestalt principle is shared or the tool/model is shared. How and why “this” is shared, and how it fits to the whole in a human dynamic.

Step 2. Once defined and explored, dialogue and examples of use or why of the use is shared by participants in real time.

Step 3. Practicum is begun, practice in real time Use improves with each round of practice and feedback. Data based feedback, is provided, rather than opinion, compliment or criticism. “To take one’s performance further, do “x”.

    Step 4. Debrief, explore expand.

Step 5. Go to the next topic/tool and repeat steps 1 – 4.

    Step 6. Expand from 1 tool/model to 1 – 2, 1 – 3, 1 – 4, etc. until we’re complete.
