As baby boomers retire there is a succession crisis in many for profit, nonprofit and government organizations.
Those leaders in line for senior roles are usually dissatisfied with current and past leadership models, resulting in the best candidates being ambivalent about leadership roles. Gestalt theory, methodology and approach is well positioned to support a wholistic, relational and more satisfying model of leadership for these emerging leaders.
Boards and organization leaders are looking for ready now or ready soon leaders who can be effective in senior roles, able to lead up and out and down and in, to teams and whole organizations.
Participants completing this workshop will be able to:
-Establish a leadership practice that can effectively engage and develop teams;
-Effectively lead and influence out to the whole organization and into marketplaces;
-Self assess for intrapsychic, interpersonal and organizational impact(use of self);
-Manage dynamic change whether internally initiated or externally created;
-Develop self-awareness of your unique Mission, Vision and Purpose as a leader;
-Master the AUDI framework (Assessment, Understanding, Deliberation, Integration);
-Learn to lead authentically from the inside out;
-Create and sustain high-performing teams;
-Apply leadership skills across organizational contexts;
-Transform organizational structures through informed leadership;
-Engage in continuous leadership development;
-Build collaborative partnerships for organizational change;
-Integrate personal growth with organizational impact; and
-Facilitate multi-dimensional transformation at individual, team, and organizational levels.
