With so many approaches promising transformation, how do you know which to choose?

Consider one that has stood the test of time— a century of exploration, adaptation, and continued relevance: Gestalt. Its impact is reflected in its evolution—from a philosophical tradition, to a research-informed psychological theory, to a widely practiced approach.

Gestalt 101 offers more than information. We will explore the origins and core concepts of Gestalt, engage in experiential exercises, and apply your learning within a supportive group process.

What to Expect:

-Didactic overview of Gestalt theory and key concepts
-
Embodied and experiential exercises
-Opportunities to apply and “try on” w*hat you learn
-Skilled facilitation within a supportive process group
