This allows the client to lead from their experience and enables the coachee and coach to spontaneously co-create a powerful experience in the moment to engage the client in active self-exploration.

This workshop. In this practice-rich four-virtual-session workshop, you’ll hone your skills of partnering with your client to design, grade and contract for Gestalt experiments. You’ll experience what’s possible as you witness, coach, and are coached using the soft structure of experimenting.

Participants completing this workshop will be able to:
*Understand the applicability of Gestalt experimenting throughout the coaching conversation.
*Practice partnering with a client to design, grade and contract for an experiment in the context of coaching.
*Experience successful conducting of experiments, including building awareness, debriefing discovery/learning with the client, and designing actions and next steps.
*Explore how to integrate experimenting more fully into their sessions with clients.
*Hone advanced ICF and Gestalt Core Competencies.

30 or more days prior to your start date, you will be eligible to receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
This processing fee is 4% of total amount.14 or more days prior to your start date, you will be eligible to be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop or program, credits may be offered at the discretion of the Institute. If the reason for your cancellation is considered an emergency, this will be taken into consideration upon submission of required documentation.
Credits issued in lieu of a refund must be used within 12 months of the original program or workshop start date. After this period, any unused credit will expire and will no longer be valid. Extensions will not be granted.
