In this time of great turbulence, it is critical to recover the Sacred Feminine. It is time for her rising voice to bring balance into the world; to deepen our connections, embrace our wholeness and tap into our innate wisdom. Awareness of being out of balance and the obstacles that bind us, keep us small and silent, awakens us to the urgency of reclaiming and stepping into our untamed, wild, embodied womanly selves. We have extraordinary capabilities when we deeply dwell in our authenticity.

Using group-generated experiments, somatically-based exercises, sensual inquiry and exploration we lean into our growing edges. We slow down and listen inwardly, quieting ourselves and tending to our hearts – finding compassion, tenderness and sanctity of self- care as we love ourselves and Mother Earth back to health. We clarify our purpose and come into alignment with our assignment and creative nature. We attentively attune to our own rhythm and bodily sensations, relishing and trusting these messages. We become more visible, generating mutual awakening and receptivity in our lives and with our clients.

The new way is a woman’s way – rich with deep relatedness, radical collaboration and sacred partnership. We liberate and integrate our voices, our nurturing essence, fierce vulnerability, intuition and collective knowing, weaving these feminine principles back into all things. The Art of Full Mooning allows and amplifies the radiant illumination of the moon to inspire and ignite the path to our luminosity, brilliance and divine “wholiness”. When we inhabit “full mooning”, we believe in ourselves and value who we are and what we have to offer – we revel in our embodiment and intimately connect to the greater field of life. Spiritually empowered in our “sistering”, we joyfully embrace our collective quest and become agents of cultural evolution.

Finally, we will consider ways of translating these principles and practices to our work with clients.
