In this Part 2 of the Aging Gracefully workshop, we continue broadening a culture among women that celebrates and amplifies each other's power and beauty in the aging process. Together we hold the space to mirror, support, challenge and champion each other through compassion, kindness and healing.

Using a relational Gestalt approach, we slow down to explore the collective beliefs and expectations of our ageist culture. We experiment with breath, sensory awareness, mindfulness, movement and touch to transform our relationship with our bodies and the grief, shame, fear and depression that inhabit them. We deepen our conversation and expand our vision about growing older as we root and ground in our courage, trust, maturing bodies and intuitive knowing. Let us celebrate the art and empowerment of aging wisely!

We will construct practices to support each other and creatively choose to affirm and uplift our sensual, wild womanly natures, transforming our experience from one of fear and anxiety to one of enthusiasm, joy and beauty.
