Directions
The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland is located in the heart of the University Circle area. It is within walking distance of the Cleveland Museum of Art, Severance Hall (home of the Cleveland Orchestra), the Cleveland Institute of Music, Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Botanical Garden, and the Western Reserve Historical Society. Many other well-known institutions in Cleveland, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Jacobs Field (home of the Cleveland Indians), and the Stadium (home of the Cleveland Browns), are only minutes away. GIC is four miles directly east of downtown Cleveland. Most road maps of Ohio distinctly mark University Circle.

From I-90 East and West: Take Exit #177 to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Turn south onto MLK (Lake Erie is north) and continue for three miles to the light at the intersection of MLK Drive and E. 105th. Go through the intersection, bear left, then straight up the hill onto East Boulevard, past the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital. Look for Hazel Drive, 2nd road on your left.
From downtown Cleveland: Follow Chester Avenue east for three miles to Euclid Avenue (Rte. 20). Follow Euclid Avenue to the Mayfield Road (Rte. 322) junction. Turn left (west) onto Ford at this intersection. At the end of Ford, turn right onto East Boulevard. Look for Hazel Drive, 1st road on your right.
From I-77 North or I-71 North: Merge onto I‑90 East to Exit #177, Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Turn right (south) and continue for three miles to the light at the intersection of MLK Drive and E. 105th. Go through the intersection, bear left, then straight up the hill onto East Blvd. past the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital. Look for Hazel Drive, 2nd road on your left.
From Cleveland-Hopkins Airport: Take I‑71 North to I‑90 East. Follow I‑90 East to Exit #177, Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Turn right (south) onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and continue for three miles to the light at the intersection of MLK Drive and E. 105th. Go through the intersection, bear left, then straight up the hill onto East Boulevard past the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital. Look for Hazel Drive, 2nd road on your left.
From I-271: Exit at Cedar Road. Proceed west on Cedar 4.5 miles. You'll come to the bottom of a steep hill with a traffic light at the intersection with Murray Hill Road. Turn right (north) onto Murray Hill Road. Turn left onto Adelbert Road. Continue to the traffic light. Turn left onto Euclid Avenue (Rte. 20), then right onto East Boulevard (1st road on your right). Continue on East Boulevard until you reach Hazel Drive, 3rd road on your right.
