Refunds	Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to a workshop, less a $35 administration fee.
Conditions	There is a $20 charge to transfer registration from one workshop to another. Participants must confirm by fax or by mail all transfers and cancellations. When a workshop is cancelled by the Institute, we will make full refund and provide as much notice as possible. When making travel plans, please confirm workshop before purchasing non-refundable tickets.
